SKILLS:

COLLABORATION, CONTENT, COMMUNICATION, CREATIVE INNOVATION

Decide what story you want to tell. Maybe the “Three Little Pigs,” “Cinderella,” or the “Princess and the Frog”?

1. Carefully cut the fingers off an old pair of gloves. Lay out the finger pouches on a covered workspace.  Ask an adult for help with this.

2. Design your puppet characters using googly eyes, yarn for hair, felt pieces for faces, fabric for cloths and markers for extra details.

3. Using glue or a glue gun attach pieces on the finger pouches and let dry.

4. Now you are ready to put on a puppet show. Create a stage and invite your family and friends.

Tip: Use old socks if you want to make larger puppets to fit on your hand.
